Yosra Jarraya
Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer
Yosra built Astran from first principles. Trained at HEC Paris and Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, called to the Paris Bar, and seasoned at Davis Polk & Wardwell advising governments and multinationals including LVMH, she crossed into the corporate world as Legal Director at Financière Lov, structuring deals including the acquisition of Endemol Shine by Banijay Group. A certified financial analyst (CIIA) and MIT Sloan alumna on blockchain and digital sovereignty, she brings the rarest combination in enterprise software: legal precision, financial fluency, and technical depth. Recognised as a Young European Leader by the Aspen Institute, Young Leader of the French-American Foundation and one of France's top 100 inventors in 2023, Yosra leads Astran with a single conviction: operational resilience must move from idea to execution.
Gilles Seghaier

Gilles brings deep platform engineering experience from Tibco and Salesforce, where he operated at scale inside some of the most demanding enterprise software environments. At Astran, he leads all research and product engineering: the AONT-RS cryptographic architecture at the core of AlwaysReady®, the patented multi-cloud execution layer, and the SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure that enterprise clients deploy in production. His focus is a platform that executes, securely, at scale, always-on when everything else fails.
