A rebuilt AlwaysReady® core: new Dashboard, redesigned Process editor, an enhanced Data Explorer, and stronger platform controls.

This Summer 2026 cycle marked a new chapter for Astran. We rebuilt the core of AlwaysReady® (Dashboard, Tasks, Processes, User Access Management) and gave it a full redesign. The goal here is simple: make AlwaysReady® easier to work on day-to-day, easier to audit, and easier to rely on.

More consistent and easier to use

We developed a new personal Dashboard allowing users to see their assigned tasks, executions in progress, and anything they have recently opened in one place.

The Process editor was rebuilt offering a clearer way to manage steps (branches, starting points, dependencies), and performance was improved so large processes (15+ steps) do not stall.

Additional highlights: icons, badges, empty states, scrollbars, error messages, and sidebar behaviour were harmonized.

An enhanced Data Explorer

CSVs of any size can now be opened directly within Astran, filtered and edited natively in your browser (running on your own machine): no additional apps needed.

Additional highlights: you can now download full buckets or folders in one click, filenames now include the revision (no files have the same name), and local caching was improved.

A platform that's a bit more buttoned up

Admins can see login and account activity per user, the Audit Log gets a usability pass, and Crisis Mode allows you to deactivate API keys the moment you trigger it.
